I'm on a diet and my energy levels are WAY down since I started. Any advice?
It's not a diet - it's a "lifestyle change." I'm trying to lose weight and get back in shape - I'm gradually implementing some exercise as well. My problem is that since I started the new diet, my energy levels are WAY down - I'm pretty much constantly feeling lethargic. I'm drinking plenty of water and taking a multivitamin. Does anyone have any advice on this problem?
